International Project Preparation and Partner Search

We help organisations take part in international programmes – from choosing the right programme and finding partners to preparing the application and coordinating the project. The service is for companies, research and public sector organisations and NGOs that want to carry out projects together with partners from other countries. You receive a selected programme, a formed consortium and an application prepared in English with a budget and an activity plan.

Who this is for

Innovative companies seeking international funding
Research and higher-education institutions
The public sector and NGOs

What we do and what you get

  • Analysing opportunities in international programmes (Horizon Europe, EUREKA, Interreg, Erasmus+, LIFE)
  • Searching for international partners and forming consortia
  • Writing applications in English
  • Drawing up the project budget and activity plan
  • Support in implementing international projects

How the process works

01

We assess how well the idea fits programme priorities

02

We form the consortium

03

We prepare the application

04

We help coordinate the funded project

What to keep in mind

  • Preparation takes longer. Finding partners and agreeing the consortium sometimes takes longer than writing the application itself, so it is worth starting well before the call deadline.
  • Funding conditions differ. Support intensity and own contribution depend on the programme and the type of participant (company, research institution, NGO).
  • Competition is high. Only some applications are selected in international programmes, so a clear European-level impact and a strong consortium are important.
  • Implementation requirements. Reports are prepared in English, and time recording and a consortium agreement are often required.

Examples of our experience

A Swedish university, 2026: an ERASMUS project with partners from Finland, Italy, Denmark, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa. Consultus Magnus role: application, budget.

An IT and artificial intelligence company in Lithuania, 2026: a Eurostars 3 project with Vilnius University and a company from Poland as partners. Consultus Magnus role: application, budget.

What affects duration and price

The duration and price depend on the programme, the size of the consortium, whether partners have to be found, whether the organisation will be the coordinator or a partner, and the scope of the application. We agree the exact terms after assessing the programme and the idea.
