EU and National Funding Applications
We help companies, public sector, research and education organisations and NGOs find a suitable EU structural fund or national funding instrument and prepare an application for it. Before starting work, we assess whether the project meets the call conditions, and then prepare the application with the budget, indicators and all mandatory annexes. You receive a submission-ready document package and our help in answering evaluators’ questions until the funding decision.

What we do and what you get
- Analysis of funding opportunities and selection of the most suitable instruments. We identify which instruments fit your project.
- Assessment of call conditions and eligibility requirements. We check the eligibility of the applicant, the project and the costs before we start preparing the application.
- Preparation of the application / project implementation plan
- Preparation of all other mandatory documents (business plan, financial plan and others)
- Drawing up the project budget and justifying costs
- Designing the indicator and results framework
- Answers to evaluators’ questions until the funding decision
If a call requires a more detailed investment project or feasibility study, we prepare them as a separate service. Once funding is awarded, we can also support the project at the implementation stage (see “Project administration”).
How the process works
We assess the project idea and funding options
We align the project concept and budget
We prepare the application and mandatory annexes
We coordinate submission and answer evaluators’ questions
Once funding is awarded, we take over project administration if needed
What to keep in mind
- Start of costs. Under many instruments, procurement and works cannot begin before the application is submitted. Costs incurred earlier may be declared ineligible.
- Own contribution. Support usually covers only part of the costs, so the rest must be secured from your own or borrowed funds.
- Indicators are a commitment. The results stated in the application must be achieved and maintained for the period set in the contract, so we plan them realistically.
- SME status. When a company has linked or partner enterprises, its status is determined by assessing them together. This is a common source of errors.
- Time until the deadline. Collecting commercial offers and financial data takes time, so the earlier we start, the more time is left for the quality of the application.
Examples of our experience
In 2024, for an innovative company, we prepared an application under the InoBranda measure: implementation plan, R&D business plan, budget, indicators and evaluation. Support of EUR 1 million was awarded for developing stem cell exosome technology.
In 2026, for an information technology company, we prepared an application under the Expo Opportunities measure: implementation plan, budget, indicators and evaluation. Support of EUR 73 thousand was awarded for presenting the company and its products at international exhibitions abroad.
What affects duration and price
The duration and price of preparing an application are set individually. They depend on:
- the requirements of the funding instrument and the number of mandatory annexes;
- the scope of the project, its budget and the number of partners;
- whether a separate business plan, investment project or feasibility study is needed;
- how quickly the necessary data and documents are provided;
- the time left until the call deadline.
We provide the exact scope, timeline and price after assessing your project and the specific call.
