New EUROSTARS call for proposals

“EUROSTARS 3” Call 11
Applications are accepted from 2026.07.09 until 2026.09.10, 15:00. Competitive call (the 200 best projects are selected)
 
Eligible participants
 
COORDINATOR: ONLY innovative micro, small and medium-sized enterprises from EUROSTARS countries.

Partner ONLY from EUROSTARS countries.
 
At least two unrelated participants (legal entities) from different “Eurostars 3” programme member countries must participate. At least one of those countries must be an EU Member State or a country associated with Horizon Europe.
Funding amount, intensity Maximum funding amount for the Lithuanian project: up to EUR 300,000.00.
Research activities for enterprises: from 65% to 80%, depending on size and partnership.
Experimental development activities for enterprises: from 40% to 60%, depending on size and partnership.
Higher education and research institutions (for non-economic activities) – 100%.
 
Supported activities
 
Research and experimental development (R&D) projects are funded. These projects develop innovative products, processes or services intended for commercialisation in the international market.
Eligibility criteria
 
  1. The “Eurostars 3” project is for civilian purposes;
  2. The share of the “Eurostars 3” project funding allocated to any one country or any one participant does not exceed 70% of the total project budget;
  3. The duration of the Eurostars 3 project does not exceed 36 months.
Eligible costs Up to 30% of the project budget is allocated to research (implementation of R&D stages 2–5).
  • Salaries, employer taxes, business travel expenses;
  • Service costs;
  • Costs of goods (current assets);
  • Costs for higher education and research institutions and university hospitals to acquire long-term tangible and intangible assets;
  • Amortisation and/or depreciation of long-term assets for SMEs or large enterprises.
  • Indirect costs – 10%.
