European Commission Call for EU and Ukrainian Businesses
The European Commission announces a call for EU and Ukrainian businesses interested in investment opportunities in Ukraine. EU and Ukrainian businesses are invited to submit their proposals to the European Commission for investment projects in Ukraine. Eligible participants include private companies from the EU or Ukraine, joint ventures, or business consortia.
Objective of the call – to establish dialogue with EU and Ukrainian companies on specific investment opportunities in Ukraine. Based on evaluation criteria, projects will later be selected for potential financial cooperation with international financial institutions. Projects must meet the minimum investment threshold, with a total investment size of at least EUR 50 million. The project promoter’s own equity must constitute at least 10% of the total value of the investment project.

Energy: investments in the development of sustainable energy solutions in Ukraine, including renewable energy projects and modernization of existing energy infrastructure.

Critical raw materials: investments in the processing of key minerals and resources needed for high-tech industries and renewable energy technologies.

Manufacturing and processing industry: investments in the modernization of manufacturing industries to increase production and competitiveness.

Construction sector: investments in the building materials industry.

Information technology and digital transformation: investments in digital infrastructure and technology development.

Transport and logistics: modernization of the transport sector.
